When you fill out the form above with the ideas that you have for your commission, it will then be sent to us as an email! Either myself (Alana) or Greg will respond to your inquiry. I want to emphasize the fact that requesting info on a commission by submitting the above form and starting a direct conversation with us IN NO WAY means that you owe us anything or that you must follow through with the order! Think of it almost as though you're interviewing us for the art job that you want completed. We don't want anyone to be intimidated to message us about a possible custom. There is no pressure to follow through and it's simply a way for you to get more info on pricing and the creative ideas for the commission.

All communication will be done over email unless otherwise requested. During this time we will be asking you a lot of questions to flesh out your idea and to give you an accurate price quote. Once we give you a quote, it's up to you whether or not you'd like to continue moving forward or if you'd like to say goodbye! If you do want to move forward with us, we will inform you if we need any additional info.

During the artistic process, you will receive progress photos over email throughout the entire process and there is no payment required until the commission is finished! We will also never finalize and ship out a commission unless it's 100% approved at the very end. All that is left after that is to purchase it on our website and we'll ship it out to you!

With any of our custom orders of shoes, jackets, or any clothing / apparel, you will need to supply the clothing or shoes yourself. We do this for a few reasons- we are not responsible for completing a very detailed custom order only to find out that it does not fit when we ship it back to you. Making sure the clothing or shoes fit is your responsibility. That all sounds harsh, but it's done out of love! We don't want you to go through this whole process and have it not fit at the very end.

 

There are also no refunds on custom orders, so it is extra important to make sure everything is perfect! We also want our customers to be able to select any price range, brand, size, style, and color of their item that they want. Doing this allows you to choose from your favorite brands or even just ship something you already own right out of your closet. This same principle goes for customs on skateboards or guitars. You will be asked to supply those so you can have full control over what brand you want!

For custom canvas paintings or drawings- you do not need to supply anything beforehand.

We do our best to make our conversations as non-intimidating as possible! Both Greg and I are anxious people so we know what it's like to message and artist over the internet to ask for price quotes... it can be scary! We, however, are not so don't be afraid to fill out a form :)
